Unpaid isn’t the

We’re honest about it: crew shifts aren’t paid work. Here’s exactly what they are instead.
Travel and meals covered
Cab reimbursed both ways and you eat what the guests eat, every shift.
A free ticket per shift
One guest pass to a future edition for every night you crew. Bring whoever you want.
Real production experience
Sound checks, run sheets, load-ins. Ask questions - the team answers them.

Three of our six full-timers started on crew. We recruit from this list before anywhere else.
A shift, end to end
Four hours,
clearly mapped.
This is a rooftop edition - a supper club runs shorter, a warehouse night longer. You’ll get the exact call sheet two days before.

Call time & briefing
Run sheet, role pairing and a walk of the room before anything is set.

Build the room
Staging, seating, signage and the entry desk. Sound check runs alongside.

Doors
Front desk scans, hosts start introductions, production holds the timings.
9:30 PM
Peak & handover
Rotate roles, cover breaks, and eat with the team while the set runs.
11:30 PM
Strike & debrief
Pack down, ten-minute debrief, cab home. Notes go to the whole crew next day.
